It is one of only two end units (extra windows and views) in the back portion of Hale Kamaole which is the most frequently requested area by repeat renters.

Located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building, this vacation rental condo can sleep up to six guests in two bedrooms and a loft. We have a queen bed in the bedroom on the main level, 2 new twin beds in the loft and a new King bed in the master bedroom upstairs.

While only minutes from the beach, it is the most quiet part of the development. Because of its prime location, we bought it site unseen.

Ocean views are from the living areas as well as the lanai.

Large sliding doors to the lanai let in the peaceful garden & ocean view. Palms... tropical flowers ... both pools, you'll never forget you're in Hawaii.

The kitchen is efficient and has all the conveniences of home - but also an ocean view.

It is also adjacent to the washer/dryer. As is the 2nd bedroom. The closet here is huge - plenty of room when you are 6.

Cable TV, DVD/VCR/CD in living room. An answering machine is also available in the condo.

252 has vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a loft and lanai overlooking the ocean and west Maui. It has recently been remodeled.

Ceiling fans, like the one pictured below are through out the condo. Though airconditioning is available in the bedrooms, we rarely feel the need.

252 is our home away from home when we are expecting company.

The master bedroom has lovely views (including Haleakala) and cross ventilation as well as it's own dressing area and bath, TV, A/C and ceiling fan.

The lanai closet has beach chairs, tennis rackets, ice chests and other beach gear (unless someone has forgotten it in their trunk!).

All paths in our green belt lead to one of our two pools and Kamaole III Beach. We also have 2 stone BBQs with 4 stations for firendly grilling. There's plenty of space for kite flying and volleyball on the grassy park above the beach too.
